HAPPY BIRTHDAY VANDILOUS!!!
Wayull, not a whole lot going on right now....just wondering whether or not I should get a job...this would be the ideal time to get one...with the holidays and all, I'm sure I could land one immediately...but then I wouldn't be here to watch the kids during their two week Christmas break...which is all the more motivation for me to get a job...LOL...Seriously though...I am with the kids all but four days out of the month...would it hurt their mom to spend a little more time with them? I mean, she is, after all, the one that wanted to repopulate the earth! And she can say "well...I did it for three years" all she wants, but she was working and the kids were at school and day care, from around 7am until 6pm at night...and they go to bed at 9pm...so...whoopdee! A whole 3 hrs she had to deal with them. Oh, it was so stressful trying to get them to do their homework and get them bathed and in the bed..people...I've been doing this for a month now, and all I have to say is...do you have any homework? "yes ma'am" Well, you should probably get started on it. "Okay" And that's all there is to it. And then, you run some bubble bath, line them up, put them in one at a time, and then tell them to go to bed..it's not that hard..the hardest part of the day, in fact, is when they are chasing each other through the hallway screaming at each other and driving me crazy! Carrie only had 3 hrs of that...I have 6.5 hrs of that...OH..and when Carrie had them every day, Vanny and I got them EVERY weekend...and I do mean EVERY WEEKEND...Okay, but now that we have them every day...we still get them every OTHER weekend...I mean..how fair is that? AND we're still paying child support to her for all three kids, even though the oldest has been living with us officially for almost a year now, and the other two for a good month (not officially, but technically) OH, and another thing! When she does take them, at like 8pm at night (an hour before they go to bed) they go over there in their school clothes...which I bought for them...which are nice...but when she sends them back, they're wearing crap! CRAP PEOPLE! Shirts and shorts that are too small for them and no shoes! She's probalby got enough good clothes over there to dress a small village! But she doesn't see it this way of course. She thinks she's spending equal time with them...the saddest part about it is, it's effecting the kids most of all. I mean, they go from being at their mom's most of the time to being here most of the time...abruptly and with no explanation...the youngest is starting to have difficulties in school, and she is constantly asking when she is going to get to see "momma". I hate their mother...she is a selfish bitch from hell and deserves to burn! Okay...I think I've vented enough...Happy Holidays! lol OH, and another thing...she is getting FOOD STAMPS people! $300 worth of food stamps EVERY month! What the hell is she doing with all that food I wonder! OH, and she gets WIC too because she has an infant. So, we're paying her child support, she's getting food stamps, and WIC, and we're supplying the kids with clothes and paying for school field trips and all...AND supplying them with two snacks a day and dinner...and usually breakfast too since they stay here most of the time now...We're the ones that need the damn food stamps! And why the hell are we paying her child support? We're the ones supporting the kids! I'm just aggrivated. She's like a leach...she latches on and takes and takes and takes until she has absolutely sucked you dry...then makes YOU feel guilty for being too dry to support HER any longer...yes people...she said we were living in the lap of luxury the other day..gee...it's REAL luxurious..let me tell ya! We have NO food...NO money...hungry kids and a mother that hasn't been at her house in days...sigh...I need some caffiene....

as always love the pics! I know being a "mother figure" is tough. I did it for 3 years. But you sound like you have a good head on your shoulders, and a cute one too!
