God...so my boss wants me to start filling out these checks lists...actually it's not a new thing....but they're just annoying...they take like 20 mins to fill out because there are so many little nit-picky things on them to check off...and because each house is different you can't just check off everything...you have to go through and think...okay...do they HAVE a pencil sharpner on their desk...hell, do they even HAVE an office?....do they HAVE glass on their front door to windex? If they do, I windex it...I do my damn job...so why I have to take the time to fill out this check list week after week after week is beyond me...I have the same houses every week....I do the same thing to the same houses every week...it never changes...so why do I have to take an extra 20 mins out of my time, per house each day, to put on paper the same damn thing I put on it the week before? And if you think about it....20 mins per check list...if I have 3 houses in one day that's a freakin HOUR of my time...UNPAID time I would like to add...I have decided I am going to fill out several sheets for each house over the weekend to have them ready to turn in so I don't have to stop in the middle of my work day to do it...putting me at home later than I'd like to be...seeing as I DO actually have other things to do with my time...like pick up after THREE kids, do mounds of laundry and basically clean MY own damn house EVERY FREAKIN DAY! Now I understand why my mom used to bitch so much when my dad and I never would pick up after oursleves....but you know....she only had two extra people...I have FOUR! Okay....I am off to hop in the shower now...I have a long day of work ahead of me...I'm going to put an extra hour into bitch woman's house...paid...and if she still finds something to complain about....my boss can just give her to someone else...I am motivated by appreciation...not money...and if it woulnd't put my boss in a really bad situation I would tell her to put someone else on her house today....but I'm not mean like that! lol

You know, it's sad really....I wear this shirt as a joke....



but Vanny is listening to this thing "Confessions of a Crack Whore" and DEAR GOD! It's horrible! Half their teeth are missing, some of them have parents in prison for murder of thier other parent...who was a prostitute...and one of them got pregnant by her step-dad when she was 13 so her mom kicked her out of the house and she was raised by prostitutes on the streets....how do people live like that? Man......
