So I'm on the phone today at Western and 290. The usual window washer guys that I've been seeing for almost 10 years are there again. They start waving their hands and holding them up in that drunken "what can I do" fashion. I wave a motion to my ear piece (now required by city law) that I'm on the phone. They continue to wave and yell. The light turns green, and a very audible "BITCH" comes through to me. Now I've given these guys money, beer, food, brand new hats, t-shirts...for years. I got called a bitch. I'm pissed off. I'll tell the guy next time that I saw him driving a fucking car once. How homeless is that? His partner was on a cell phone once. Hmmmm. No more soup for you!

Yeah..I always see these guys in Hyde Park asking for money at the same locations. One of my friends actually lives above one of these guys. He's got a small apartment for sure but he's not homeless and he doesn't seem to be suffering really. I call bullshit on that.
