I tried some wine. These tasted pretty damn good (I'm a beer and vodka guy)
2001 Merlot Domaine De Moulines
It's got a lot of flavor, but it's really mellow and easy to drink. I bet I could drink a few bottles of this fancy shit.
Then I tried this one, and like the waiter said, it's drastically different.
2002 Carmenere Mancura Vaile Central
It's a Chilean, and it's got a plum taste at first, but it finishes pretty dry. I had it with a big 'ol steak, but it'd prolly be better with a not so fishy fish.
