3 oz of wheatgrass + 3x10 minutes of lapsed time =
ugh.. i puked on the floor at the clark st. borders store. this is what made me decide that my fast needs to come to an end. my body had been aching and weak for the past 3 days, until my meditation this morning... i felt fabulous after that... until i made it to borders.
i don't know how to break my fast. i've been only drinking water and green vegetable juice. my roommate suggested that i bring some more vegetables into my juices, but the thought of drinking any more juice makes me sick... i'm also repulsed by the thought of eating, however, i don't think it's quite as repulsive as the thought of drinking carrot/green vegetable juice. the only thing that sounds tolerable right now would be over-steamed brussell sprouts. i don't want to have to chew a whole lot.. i don't want to eat anything hard. i can just imagine what it would feel like having little chunks go down my throat; a salad sounded so good to me yesterday; today, i want nothing to do with it.
bleh... i'm going to go lay down for the millionth time today.

You may be doing this in your fasts, but if not, it's REALLY important to keep your colon clear. It's not the most pleasant part of fasting, but it's the most important part. All the toxins you're clearing from your body end up in the colon. Unless you keep it moving out of the body, the toxins get reabsorbed causing fatigue, headaches and sometimes even nausea. AWESOME right?
ps.. Even the smell of wheatgrass juice makes me want to puke...
