So I got the job. Finishing some of the paper work. Getting the official offer today or tomorrow, then I'll know what the salary is going to be. I'm expecting about 20K more than I make now, so pretty nice.
I'll be starting on the 23rd of June, and probably putting in my 2 weeks notice this week. I have 7 days of PTO left, so that means I really only have to work about half a week then get paid by my current company for 7 days of nothing before going off to my new job.
Sweet deal.
I made an appointment with Sean Carey, my tattoo artist, for the next session of my sleeve. Sadly the man is always booked so far out it won't be until Aug 23rd that I can go. But it's worth it cause he's AMAZING, a kick ass dude, and giving me a hell of a deal at 500 per session at 8-10 hour sessions.
You know what my biggest issue with tattoos are? I don't have enough skin.... HAHA
This weekend I'd like to go up to the Richmond tattoo festival.. that'd be kick ass, maybe get the whole band up there.
Can't wait for next week. SHOULD be getting me one of the MGS4 80 Gb PS3 bundles, saved my Stimulus check (heh... stimulus) for it. Then I can have sweet sweet Blu-ray action on my amazing 52" Sony XBR4 I have in my room... mmm.....
