I haven't updated for a while, so here is a quick one, or rather, what I plan to be a 'quick one' (let's see how it goes).
On Saturday morning while playing head chef (even though I'm still an apprentice), I was putting some bacon on the grill for a busy breakfast service. We use streaky bacon which produces a lot of fat run off, and when it runs off it ends up in a little gutter that should technically drain into a tray. The gutter is exposed as it is only at the edge of the grill. This gutter was very full, and silly me dropped a piece of bacon in it, causing my wrist to bear the brunt of a hot grease splash.
Three days later, these are the results:
Can anyone say... Fuck me, that hurts!?
Anyhoo, on a brighter note, I simply CANNOT wait for Supanova, it's going to fucking rock my socks off, that it is.
