very very tired.worked the club last night ( i dont usually do Weds.) 2 shows.first up was this rockabilly guy named Deke Dickerson he was pretty good except for his bad jokes but we'll forgive him.Then we had to get everyone out for the next show,which was a "secret" appearance by Nick Oliveri of QOTSA fame(they had played earlier)...suffice to say word had got out and a few hundred people showed up.
He played a few tunes on the acoustic guitar,fairly pedestrian stuff i thought,but hey the punters loved it and they love him and thats about the size of it....didnt get home until about 4am.
today i finally gave into my old crunching pedals and bought a new pair..aahhh like riding a brand new bike
