fucked up weather for an excellent day. Today my father turns 66. It's hard to believe he even made it out of his teens. hearing all the stories of being a gangsta in Oakland and going to vietnam in the draft makes me shake my head in disbelief. I am thankful for that special summer day when he saw my mom walking home with groceries and rather than ignore her he asked to help. She said yes and now here i am along with my two younger siblings. It looks like Outback steakhouse is where we're going for his birthday dinner. yum!
