What a great frickin' day! We hit 50F for the first time in months. I got the motorcycle out and went for a ride. Got a good game of "pass the pokey people" in flying down US 150 at between 90 and 120. God it felt good!

Apologies to everyone for my absence. Things have been pretty crazy between work and then dealing with a death in the family. But we move forward, always forward. I'm back in to the hectic travel schedule starting next week in Chicago and the week after in Phoenix.

At least Phoenix will be warm. Wind chill is -20F here!

It certainly is a change and boy, do I love it already. Fresh air and clean water, deer in the snow in my own backyard. Coffee and smokes all day and cozy antique beds at night. It makes me really love the little things for sure. I just need to find a good pair of boots and gloves! It's so so beautiful up here though.
