During winter, every year, the feathers of this majestic bird fall so that new ones are born during the spring. This is why the peacock has become a spiritual symbol for many cultures, which have attributed very high senses to the energy that the peacock transmits.
It was once believed that the peacock was immune to poisonous plants and animals, being able to transform the toxins it eats into the radiant colors of its feathers. In India, the peacock was once considered a sacred animal, punished to death for anyone who killed one of them. In Tibetan Buddhism, the peacock symbolizes the bodhisattva, the one who transcends emotional poisons such as anger, jealousy and jealousy, and is able to live among “ordinary people” and help them achieve enlightenment. “Là Où Naissent Les Couleurs Nouvelles could be a summary of the whole Alcest sound and emotional spectrum in the sense that it’s very long and complex, with several sections that are different from each other. People often say that Alcest is somehow prog, and I can understand why with a song like this. I think Là Où Naissent Les Couleurs Nouvelles is one of my live favorites; it’s powerful and fun to play, and I think the rest of the band would agree with me on that one.”
