It's Monday morning here in Kuwait. Finally have semi-solid dates for leaving here. Looking forward to it, because I am tired if living twenty four hours a day with the people I work with, walking a hundred meters outside in the sand to the shower, walking fifty meters to the portapotties, and having only so much privacy as a hanging sheet can provide me.
I just took my last antidepressant. I need to make time today to refill my prescription. I did not write yesterday, despite it being the best day to do so, but I got in a thousand words on guard shift, making me only behind by about two and a half days. Still easy to catch up, especially with a good day. After work today I will write instead of playing games, and that should make up for it.
I got up early this morning to go running. It felt good. I will have to keep getting up to work out, to get back into the routine of doing so, because it helps me feel good about myself.
