It's Friday, December 3, and almost the fourth. Right now I'm listening to Sick Puppies. Tomorrow there will be a rock show at my favorite bar in Naha, a couple of local bands. I'm still trying to figure out how they are going to fit a band and enough people to make it profitable into the bar, as it's pretty small, but I figure that's not really my concern, as I'm not the guy who is paying for it. Grant, the bar owner, is a nice enough guy, but I don't think he has a whole lot of business sense. I've been looking forward to this show for two weeks, since I heard of it. Not only is it liable to be a great time with good music, but two weeks ago I met one of the members of one of the bands to play, along with her sister. The sister and I have hit it off, and since been on a few dates. She's trying to learn English, and I'm trying to learn Japanese, and seeing as how neither of us are very good at the other's language, (she's better than me) it causes some confusion sometimes as we try to figure out how to say what we are trying to say or what the other is trying to say. Translation programs between Japanese and English are absolutely horrible, just so you all know.
Still looking forward to World of Warcraft: Cataclysm, which will activate next week. I'm not sure which of my characters will be the first to reach the new level cap, but I don't suppose it really matters. I have a feeling I'm going to spend my only two days off next week playing for a ridiculous amount of time to make up for the fact that I will be working all next weekend.
I talked with my boss the other day about some of my problems, briefly. He recommended I talk with the Chaplain, due to all the good it's done for him. I don't know if I want to, or if I really can. Laziness is my shield against improving myself, and I tend not to share my problems with anyone, especially someone who actually knows me. It doesn't make sense, but it's how I am.
