At first, I wanted my first tattoo to be a design I created that combined the logos for Assassin's Creed and Skyrim, as well as the Triforce from The Legend of Zelda. But, I finally decided on a tattoo that says "Nothing is True. Everything is Permitted." This phrase, while it is a reference to Assassin's Creed, is a reminder.
"Nothing is True" says to me that truth is relative. Everything that people believe is valid from their perspective. Don't judge before you understand where another person is coming from. Ask questions, because you'll never understand someone if you don't ask questions.
"Everything is Permitted" reminds me that I can do anything that I set my mind to. I just have to believe that I can do it.
I decided to get this tattoo because I don't know if I'll be getting another afterwards. I plan to, but it's hard to say 'cause I don't know how I'll handle the pain. I'm really excited about the prospect of having a tattoo, though. Now all I need are the funds to do it.
