OTHER BANDS PLAY, MANOWAR KILLS!

Yet again, mad time between journal posts. Why? Superbusy has ensued. I got accepted to go to Japan this summer, and with plane ticket, program, food and lodging all figured in, I'm gonna be paying $25. Thank you, University!

Last week was Frightvision in Cleveland, which was pretty tight. The guests and dealer rooms were a little lackluster, but the bands completely made up for it; Legion of Incredibly Strange Superheroes, Gein and the Graverobbers, Phantom Creeps, Crimson Ghosts, all quality.

AND! If that wasn't enough I'm moving in a couple weeks. I got a place with 4 of my friends out in Squirrel Hill. The property values are dropping already. Why? Take 5 guys who really like Manowar and comic books and put them in the same house and just wait to see how long before something (someone?) is broken. DANGER DANGER WILL ROBINSON!

Now, I have to go run and see a play about a Demon Princess who lives in an abandoned castle tower with ghoulies and ghosties and eats the skulls of dead samurai. I love you, Japan. Only you could make a play in the 1930's that rocks on so many levels.
