I should prolly say that the last post is not my work. It is from various episodes of Twin Peaks. I posted it because, well I just love Annie and Cooper, Almost to a fault. I say "almost" as a good thing. For one, their scenes together are shot in an almost too idyllic manner. It's a soap opera in the end though. But it's really more opera than soap. Really, the dialogue is amazing. Who wouldn't want that? For two, she looks to him for something that in the end, she would be better off providing herself. He can only provide context. She is looking for an escape from somehthing inside and outside of herself. Is it him or the context he provides that she loves? Or both. I do not think she can love him completely, because he is naive of certain things she is not naive about.
But he dialogue is amazing. Who doesn't want that kind of conversation? I am starving for such an exchange.
I have much to say, but I have to go paint mugs and plates with my mephew and niece. Since they live so far away I know next to nothing of them. It will be interesing to see what they create.
