this library is now catering to idiots who don't use the library instead of the people who do. it's unbelievable that they'd favor the organization of a bookstore over the dewey decimal system which makes research incredibly efficient. there's a reason why the dds has been largely unchallenged (other than the library of congress system) for over a century -- it works. i've never once had difficulty finding particular books i want or books that are of a particular subject i'm interested in. maybe because i'm smart? damn these people who will insult us with such an idiotic idea. a library is not a bookstore. it's a source of information. for those into fiction, which those not interested in research or a particular subject are mostly looking for, there are already methods in place that make browsing simple -- by highlighting recent arrivals and categorizing by author (WHICH IS WHAT A BOOKSTORE DOES). ARRRR!
