YAY i passed my pt test way better than i thought i would
-out of push ups i got 62 in 42 seconds which is max you can get
- sit ups 55 in 56 seconds max again
- havent measured my waist so im not sure of that one but i think i have a 32" which is the max
- and i ran the mile and a half in 13:23 so i cut a minute off from last year and this time at a much higher elevation(to max it i need like a 9:30 never gonna happen)
so i think i ended up with a 86 out of 100 not too bad and it means i dont have to worry about it for another year
