Have you ever heard people say "If I ever get like that shoot me" and have you ever noticed that when they do get like that they stop saying it!

Such is life and the strange feeling that is getting older. Another birthday passed and gone. Head still thinks I'm thirty but the body doesn't agree!

Was meant to be seeing Joe Bonamassa the day after but he got flu - bummer or what.

So many things happening in our lives at the moment - few of them good. I have a feeling this may not be the best of years.
