The Railroad Education Burea strikes again! I have been doing a bunch of correspondence lessons for my apprenticeship for the last three years and now that it is time for me to get my stinkin diploma, Suddenly twelve lessons, or three months of work have dissapeared into the ether. I know I did them, I still have the copies in my desk. So now I have to copy them over again, by hand and send them back in. The training coordinator at work wants my head becuase as he sees it these people are the greatest thing ever, he doesn't have to do any work and he still gets credit for my apprenticeship. I have had problems with these people from day one though. one time they even changed my adress for no reason whatsoever. I have lived in the same house for 5 years but the lessons just started showing up at a house up the street for some reason. Oh well I'll pull an all nighter and get these supid things done and then if I have any more problems I'll file a grievance with the union against them and my lazy ass training coordinator. Well see how they like dealing with the Mafia.

hopey:
I used a cast iron pan, no lid though.
