I read this article today in Issue #15 of Hermenaut magazine. One of my roomates only recently discovered the magazine when she came across a copy at a friend's father's house, borrowed it, and has since shared the find. It's is really a very great shame that they have not published any issues beyond #16. According to the website, Hermenaut has been described as "a zine that gives voice to indie intellectual thought," "a scholarly journal minus the university," and "a sounding board for thinking folk who operate outside the ivory tower." My roomate and I both agree that this magazine is pure gold. And the article above is one of many examples why.
Mea mihi conscientia pluris est quam omium sermo. My conscience is more to me than what the world says.
Ps: For the record, ambiguity is my bread and butter, I don't know what "need for control over speech acts" actually means, and I don't hiss in movie theatres.![wink](https://dz3ixmv6nok8z.cloudfront.net/static/img/emoticons/wink.6a5555b139e7.gif)
