Over a year since I have been on this site. What has compelled me to pop in now I don't know, perhaps cause it's 5am and I can't sleep! Needless to say I won't be renewing my membership again, hadn't realised it had actually been renewed (without my consent!) until I got my credit card statement last April, which is now cancelled so I guess this is the goodbye blog! 
I've never added many friends to my SG list anyway, I prefer quality to quantity, da'ling, but of the few I had, most don't visit the site now or have left. Of you who remain, you're on my FB anyway! And as much as it is nice to have a rant here amongst people I genuinely trust, it's just not something I am interested in any more. Maybe some day some other life.
2010 has sucked, it started well with me getting a job but quickly turned to mush when my sister was diagnosed with cancer. Panic not, she is now in remission and I wont bore you with the details of her treatment. Suffice to say it's been tough on the family, especially my sister. My Papa passed away in August, of bowel cancer, and my Auntie died early December of kidney failure. 2011 isn't off to a flying start either, with January 1st putting my Nana in hospital
Inspite of this I am still determined to make 2011 a good year. I'm looking for a new challenge and new hobbies, but goodness knows what. Any ideas? Maybe I could start going to the gym again or actually learn to park my car, or play the guitar I have now owned for 2 years! Get a new hairstyle, some new ink, maybe do some volunteer work, try to win the lottery?
Whatever 2010 has done to you, whatever 2011 has in store for you, I hope now and well into the future you will be happy and healthy.
