OK. So I did watch "Bowling for Columbine" on Saturday. There were a few chuckles, but otherwise the movie was not very informative or persuasive in my opinion. In fact, I'm not even sure it had a point.
And while I never cared about Michael Moore before, I care even less now. What kind of egomaniac do you have to be to "star" in your own "documentary" anyway? What an asshole, using those two kids from Littleton that way, too. The movie wasn't even close to being a documentary as much as a record of Michael Moore's own lame attempts at being an activist.
Hmmm. No wonder I don't watch awards shows, and no wonder I don't see many new American movies. That's their choice for best documentary?
