Aside from being an uber geek, I seem to have one other hang up. I am always honest, sometimes to my detriment. I don't see any use in it. At some point, someone gets hurt over a lie and why cause that? I have a catch phrase for the problem: "You can ask anything you want, you just have to be prepared for the answer." Don't get me wrong, I am not dumb enough to enter in a trap question for things like "Does this dress make me look fat?" I am a geek not an idiot. lol What I want to know: is honesty something you look for, something you expect, something you figure happens over time, something that you don't believe is possible? I have been completely honest with every girl I have gone out with, no hidden skeletons at all. I figure trying to hide something will definitely find its way into the light. Some of the ladies I have dated, have liked it and others seem to be afraid of it. So, tell me, am I wrong somehow in being honest? Should I just be quiet and avoid answers? (in experience here, being quiet, has led to the wrong assumptions lol).

As a super sensitive person, i don't like to hear honesty much. Unless it'd be in my or the other persons best interest.

@hex Honesty doesn't have to be brutal. I am still very nice and polite in a conversation. I will not intentionally hurt someones feelings. There are ways to keep someone smiling and still be honest, even if I hate the outfit. lol
