Today I played EMT. A co-worker almost had his arm taken off , by a conveyor belt. He was lucky just a real bad pinch. I assisted him to get him to a doctor. A few stitches later he is at home resting.

Changed my whole outlook for the rest of the say.

I cut my hair and beard. Now I look civilized.

I am now a man with longer grey hair and a beard. I look like a wild older man.

I have started rock climbing again, been ten or so years since I did It last. I am enjoyng getting into the swing of things.

Work has been going well.
the usual crap of a getting along with different people never changes.
But life is good otherwise.
