So I ended up hopping back in the rig a lot sooner than I was expecting, but I haven't given up. On the plus side, the extra time will allow me to be more ambitious with the car.
Before I left I managed to gut the Zed down to a rolling shell. Since this set of pics, I've pulled the wiring harness and all fuel/hydraulic lines. The frame rails and all the other rust has been cut out and now she's ready to start repairs.
So for this layover the plan is to bang out some new frame rails and weld them in along with the patches needed for the floor.
I know I have some time to decide, but the choices for power is between the L28ET or...

BTW Deadpool is cool but Castle is my man.
