Aaaarrrrggh!!!!!
I think I need to go break something. I've dropped over 900 dollars on my car this week... to have nothing done. And I still have no working car. At least part of it is a deposit towards getting the engine replaced, but it's still driving me a bit mad, as I keep having to re-juggle priorities to move the cash around.
I just got back from the mechanic - I had to go out and drop that deposit and pull some things out of the car. I'm glad he at least gave me privacy while I emptied the trunk, 'cause I didn't realize what I had in there: a computer, a spiked collar, tons of music, my skateboard and some work clothes. Random ass mix of shit, and not necessarily things I want the mechanic going through.
Had some family call on the way back from the mechanic, too. This was honestly the worst part of the day, as a lot of my family is extremely fucked up. My grandmother almost died last weekend, which was trauma in its own right, but to have that compounded by my father (biological) and his sisters all suing each other for their dead father's money and one of them (jokingly?) asking me to "off" one or two of the others... that's just crossing the line several times over. They can leave me out of their maddness. I didn't ask to be born into their mess.
So, now... now I'm going to turn the music WAY up, breathe a little, work on some art and then go to the gym to take out all my aggression in a healthy way.
