My grandmother just had a heart attack and a stroke due to complications with the bypass.

when she regained consciousness, the nurse asked her what year it was. She said 2004, but my little sister, who was there at the time stated that she "wasn't sure MeMa actually knew what year it was" and suggested they ask something else.

so the nurse asked "Do you know who the president is?"

to which my grandma replied, "Yeah, and I hope they get that sonofabitch out of there."

I love my grandmother.
