Here's some news everybody... An article in today's NYTimes says scientists have found the neuro-chemical source of 'trust' -- i.e. feelings of trust are derived from the same place/reaction that governs general sensations of reward... This must explain why SG is so gratifying... fantasy and friendship all in one place! (Imagine the headline: 'Getting off and making new friends found comparable, scientists say...' or 'Stop trying to get laid and just enjoy meeting people, therapists warn...')

So I'm off to... yes, Canada! tomorrow through Tuesday. giving a big scary lecture at UWO monday afternoon. yikes! Talk to you all when I get back.
