Ugh! I'm a moderate as far as politics are concerned. Both side have deep fundamental flaws, and I don't want to associate myself with either one. That being said... One of my dear, dear friends has become so insufferably liberal that I cannot hold a rational conversation with him without having him jumping down my throat about things that aren't even relevant to the conversation. I say something about how you can't trust polls and he starts going off on me about "birthers" being racist and how I shouldn't be sticking up for them. WTF?!?! This is a guy that used to be brilliant, but now all he knows is rhetoric. Why are so many falling into the belief that anything they see on tv must be true? I feel like I've lost a friend.
