In five weeks, I'll be working/studying in an actual kitchen for my favorite restaurant in Auburn. I hope I can impress, and I hope that after it's done I can have a full job available to me. I'm so tired of retail. I'm done with people. Just set me up at a workstation, let me move fast and clean for 8-10 hours, and let me go home without a single stupid question/person.
