I just spent six weeks in a baking class as part of my culinary schooling. Today was my first day back in a kitchen. I didn't realize it at the time, but that class must have made me depressed, cause as soon as I started cooking again, I felt great. I made roast lamb and a sauteed ratatouille. My co-workers might not like the fact that I'm not bringing in pies, cakes, or eclairs anymore (I did like the eclairs), but this gives me so much more joy.
