SSo now I have the pleasure of being a junior sous chef at the restaurant. It's mostly good. What I expected plus more responsibility.
What I didn't expect was the chef still doesn't really accept and appreciate suggestions an criticism. "If it ain't broke..."
I just want the food to be top notch!
