Sorry everyone.

I understand how sensitive people can be. Taking off your clothes for the camera takes a lot of courage. I admire and respect the women who do this- whether for personal gain or to boost self esteem.

If a comment comes across as immature I apologize. The things I write are to be viewed as complements- however crass they may be.

SSo now I have the pleasure of being a junior sous chef at the restaurant. It's mostly good. What I expected plus more responsibility.

What I didn't expect was the chef still doesn't really accept and appreciate suggestions an criticism. "If it ain't broke..."

I just want the food to be top notch!

So recently I have been questioning my so called career in the kitchen.

I have had incredibly good feedback on giving massages. It feels like something I am really good at.

Don't get me wrong, I love cooking. However, the environment sucks. It's smoky, hot and dirty.
