Well I'm back again to start out a new stint of blogging. And now I'm 23!!! My birthday was two days ago. I spent it driving back from Denton, TX. Saturday evening, August 25, my band The Western Civilization played a show in Denton at a club called Hailey's. The next morning, August 26, my birthday, we drove back to Houston. We got in about 5:30ish, I went home, my girlfriend came over and gave me presents, and we went to my grandparents to hang out with them. Around 10:30 we left the GP's and headed to Downtown Houston where a few friends were waiting for me at Dean's Credit Clothing (a bar) where we ushered in a 23 year old me into the new world.
