.. theres this new one on now which is called pyramid power which is this crazy thing that you stick to yourself and it makes muscles contract or something so all you have to do is chuck it on and leave it, lol ok its a muscle stimulater... infomercials are painfull 
, you'd also think something like that which will constantly contract your muscles would be bad for them... who knows it looks rather nutty though, oh and what they are saying is the best part is you can work 2 muscles at once lol since theres like 2 joined together by a chord, it really doesnt look to healthy lol.
