hey! i had a very exhausting day, 11 hours in lab, im really tired. the mice are dead... i didnt find someone to kill them, so i did it with co2... it was a quick death, the dissection went quite good, they are so tiny, a human is much easier to dissect. i took alll organs of four mice and made a comparison. it was very interessting, the knockout mice (these mice have one special gene in the brain deleted) were much tinier than the wildtype mice...
how are you today? in austria weve such a wonderful summer,but ive no time to enjoy the sun , but i hope in August the weather will also be fine... wish you the best for today. big kissssssssssssssssssss

i dont know why, but when i come home from the lab im not really able to relax. always im thinking of the next day, of all the works ive to do, than im counting the days till friday... the work is very interessting, i swear, but i need holidays. after my big exam i hadnt time to fill up my energy... but next month. the dissections were very funny, everthing was so,so tiny, it was very hard not to destroy all structures. while i was in the "mousehouse" to get my mice for killing, a women, which takes care of all the mice, was killing babies by whacking her flat hand on the mousebabies, it was so terrible, because i think the mice werent death at once
