It's begun.
And the thing that sucks the most is that I'm so lazy and I don't want to change!
I always said that when I started to actually get fat, I would do something about it. And sitting on the bench at soccer tonight I was able to grab a whole roll of fat on my belly. Worst case scenerio. I eat nothing but crap and I'm not about to change this. What I need to do is actually exercise. This will hurt. My fitness is very very low. Last week I played half a game, had to sit off the third quarter because I wanted to vomit, and after the fourth quarter I couldn't leave until the urge to vomit subsided again. I put it down to not eating properly before the match.
This week I ate lunch, then fruit before playing, and had 2 Powerades. I sat off the first quarter and needed another break after that. All together I played about half the game. Not because I wanted to vomit, but because the cold air in my lungs made me unable to breathe, and something agitated the back of my throat and I was coughing up a storm (not to mention a lot of other things).
I really don't want to go for jogs. I'm prepared to perhaps do gym-type things in my own time at home ie. weights and such. But running... uh uh. Maybe I need to say goodbye to that extra shift every week and have Mondays off permanently so that I have some sort of weekly outlet for this.
I know, I was totally thinking "this is SUCH an interesting update!" too!
