Fuckity Fucking Fuck.
My poor little credit card is getting beaten up. As some of you may or may not know, I got myself a consolidation loan to pay off both my credit card and my GE card. Well, there was a little interest on my GE account, and the loan didn't completely clear it, so there's still money owed and because I've had so many other things to pay for in the last few weeks, I still can't pay it off.
I payed for my whole ball trip on the credit card, and more or less paid that back. Mostly less.
In 10 days I have a gig that will hopefully kickstart my music back up again. I spent over $500 on gear and now need more drum sticks because I'm far too strong for my own good, and break a lot of drum sticks. And in addition to that, I was planning on buying a whole heap of shirts for band merch, and giving them away to friends who came out to see us, because it's quite a drive to the festival and it's not exactly cheap to get in to it.
AND NOW.
Fuck.
My car dies.
I'm at Kmart, looking for Clerks on DVD, on sale for $15.99. Sold out. Go to look for shirts, knowing that if I didn't find anything cheaper, Big W had something on sale. No dice. So I go out to the car to go to Big W. Car does not start.
Turns out the starter motor is fucked. So I wait for an hour for the RACQ to come and tell me this, and then another hour to get it towed. Late for band practice. Pick the car up today and it's running worse than it ever has been. Though, it does have a new starter motor. Or at least a working one. Except now the little yellow "Check Engine" light is always on. The car makes less noise now, and I'm paranoid that it has stalled on me and I haven't heard it. It's really sluggish at take off, and tonight when I tried to drive home, it stalled 4 times just trying to pull out of the car park.
So I'm going to call up and take it in tomorrow. God knows how I'm going to get to Tracy's birthday party tomorrow night. It's such a long drive. Not to mention get to and from work, at midnight when I finish. GOD.
And this customer today. Regular. Did the usual "how are ya" greetings. Except today I told him of my car and money woes. And he goes "oh yeah, well my wife's mother DIED today. So I win."
Shit got put in to perspective.
Doesn't make me any less mad or stressed.

Shortcuts for how to make all the nifty little tools wok without clicking them because I hate having to constantly change the mouse tool by clicking on it.
