Clearly, I am not meant to try anything to improve my life.
My final GPA with my old university is too low to be admitted to Northwestern. Loyola wants $200 to hold my place in the upcoming class, and there's no guarantee they won't turn me away for the same reason. I've sent them my transcript, and they haven't said anything, but I wouldn't put it past them.
So I'm out the $65 fee to Northwestern. Yay.
I quit.

This morning on WLS every time they did the news and talked baout Harvey Korman they kept talking about how he played Hedy Lamar; it made me smile.
Although I bet people in traffic wondered why I was randomly yelling 'It's Hedley!' at the radio...
