Sometimes all it takes is a day to remind you that every problem is only temporary and usually has a solution.

And today, I got a check from the government in the mail. It's not 5,000 bucks, but it's better than nothing, and it was completely unexpected. That's always good money to get.

Still cynical as always, though.
