There's something to be said for getting excited about life like a little kid. I've felt guilt about this before, but no longer.
It becomes a bit more difficult when daily demands lead to a choice: doing what you love or doing what you need to do.
Personal needs are always outweighed by needs of the moments or the needs of other people.
What you want to do tends to take a back seat to what you should be doing.
I'm very lucky to have a partner who really understands how this feels, and who is going through the same sort of life changing upheavals. She gets it, so she gets me, and I her.
That said, my lust engine is running pretty high lately. Augh.
