as much as i hate to, i think i may relinquish my vegetarian diet.
i'm the heaviest ive ever been in my life, not toned, and not ok with it. i eat a lot of sushi where the rice is extremely high calorie. i am lazy as hell and hate to exercise. i dont even like to go outside in the sun!
i know my lifestyle and occupation sort of inhibit my daytime options, but maybe my depression stemming from low satisfaction with myself (physically) and literally being in the dark. all.the.time. ive also got extremely low blood pressure naturally and have been having trouble with garden variety fainting. two incidents in six months. i've also had an insatiable desire for hot dogs and high protein food.
and no, i'm not pregnant, as it is currently impossible.
so sniggitysnags and i bought a fancy scale, and a weighted jumprope, a stand so you can use your real bike as a stationary, and we have a situp bench.
i'm 23 years old. i am not going to slip into the massive obesity problem and wreck my life.
so this bring us full circle back to the vegetarian thing. i'm thinking of doing the zone diet, and this is for four reasons:
#1) balanced meals that are easy to make
#2) it allows snacks for someone like me who eats and then crashes early
#3) it focuses on balance vs elimination (ex atkins with no carb)
#4) weight watchers wouldnt give me a diet plan because in their standards, i dont have a problem.
i know some of you are going to sit there and be offended and fume and say i'm fine. but it really boils down to what i'm happy with. my body is telling me things lately, and i dont like the signals its sending.
and no, i dont think i'm "fat". i think i'm on my way down the slope to being overweight, and i'd rather get my grip before i start sliding.
fin.
