It's monday, the military still owes me money from the training I have done which pretty much screwed my entire summer up. Yep, have not seen a check for any of that stuff, which would be nice. I'm feeling broke, really broke, that is not something I'm used to. It's kinda depressing actually, I'm used to kinda not worrying about money, it's always just there, but having two months of pay just get sidetracked is not cool, it takes time for the civilian pay to kick back in as well. Oh well, bitching usually falls on deaf ears so I shall stop.

The weather in Cleveland is surprisingly nice lately, I really wish our city would start to make a comeback, it's kinda sad, Cleveland is a ghost town when there are no ball games, I wish people would move into the city and make something of it. Only a few tiny neighborhoods are worth going to. But those areas have made home pretty fun, still, sooooo far to go.

I'm gearing up for Detroit this weekend, that sounds like it's going to be insane, so many people are coming!!! I told Kira that I would be arriving early, that way my low key personality will not be crushed by what I assume are going to be a bunch of very interesting, if not over-the-top people. Not that there is anything wrong with that. SG parties always remind me of a small Hollywood event, lots of pretty people and camera flashes going off every few seconds. I still have no clue what to get as a gift, I think she seriously needs a registry. Any suggestions from those who actually make it to the end of my journal would be greatly appreciated.
