So I saw this documentary on PBS about Akira Kurosawa's life the other night. Wow.
Anyway, there was this section about the ads he did for Suntory Whiskey. He even "acts" in some of them.
Then I remembered that in "Lost in Translation", Bill Murray's character was doing Suntory ads in a similar vein. Hmmmm.
A little research turned up this page that has more info and links to Suntory ads staring the magnificent bastard himself, Sean Connery.
So have any of yous tried this Suntory stuff? With endorsements like that, I expect the best.
When was the last time you bought ice cream from a truck? I did it two days ago.

I remember visiting my cousins in Barstow when I was a kid, and we'd buy fireworks from the ice cream man. So much fun. Out in the desert nobody cares about kids blowing stuff up.
Hmm...I'm horrified but curious to know if a Bukkakange's juice would be acidic...then you REALLY don't want it in your eye...
I chase the Dicky Dee's just for the sake of chasing them. I don't really like the ice cream they carry, but it's fun chasing that lil' Freezer-Bike.
