Started my trip across country on Saturday, a day early. A bunch of weird things happened before I left, including but no limited to my parents arguing like crazy and having to replace my car stereo deck last minute. So far things are going quite smoothly, if not extremely boring.
Here is a map of where i've been thus far;
Currently as you can see i'm hanging out in Denver, CO! I've been to Colorado a bunch and flown into Denver several times but have actually never been to Denver. I'm going to meet up with a friend form under-grad shortly at this place, where I am currently hanging out and updating SG Later I'm meeting up with my friends from NYC who are putting me up for the night in Boulder.
So far the trip has been pretty nice! My favorite state thus far has been Iowa, mostly for their the ridiculous number of city names it shares with New York; Brooklyn, Albany, Williamsburg and a few others.. also the gas station chain Kum and Go, who thought that name was a good idea? I think maybe it is an incognito series of Brothels amongst a heavily Christian area, see t-shirts below for proof of the areas religiousness. Iowa also won me over by the sheer number of wind turbines, epic!

Tomorrow I'm most likely taking a day off from driving, unless someone who reads this is so kind to put me up in Salt Lake City, UT. Otherwise I'm leaving from Boulder on Wednesday and heading straight to Boise, ID.

I should have mentioned stopping in Iowa City, but I think it had more of an appeal after having lived there.
