The Bushwick Open Studios was amazing. The streets of my hood filled with art lovers like some kind of art disney world. Spending the beautiful day floating from studio to studio, chatting, observing art of all kinds, partaking in free beer and BBQs and making new friends. Who could ask for anything more? It was a rough weekend too though, having so little sleep and working in my own studio getting things together and holding down the fort for the visitors. Everyone loved my work. All in all it was so worth it and I had such a great time.
