Whats your favorite phrase in another language, and why?
Hello @missy @lyxzen and @rambo and all all! I have not written homework for a long time and now at last I have time.
Why do I love this phrase? Because it's about me! I visited 15 different countries and wherever I was, I was always drawn home. Because I really love my city and my family and friends.
In fact in Russian there is a phrase with the same meaning, but it does not sound so melodic. Literally, it is possible to translate "on a visit well, but at home it is better", actually so always translate the phrase "east or west home is best!". But I like the English version more, I even want a sweatshirt with this inscription which to do cool photos against the backdrop of the attractions. haha
But there is one more phrase that I do not just like, becouse is my life support. It's a phrase in Latin "Omnia transeunt et id quoque". And what does it mean, you can find out for yourself and share with me in the comments whether you agree with this or not :)
