Hoooooooly Shit!
There are very few moments in life were you can step back and say "wow, did I really just do that?" Like when your 12 and you just put together a 1000+ piece lego set, Or when you finish building a house or custom motorcycle. You do something so grand that you even suprise yourself. Well last night I had one of those moments.
I had a huge exam last night. It covered 11 chapters ranging from renal (kidney) emergencies, to blood disorders, to behavioral disorders, and toxicology. Needless to say I was sweating bullets about this test. I studied for 3 weeks straight, at a minimum of 2 hours a day. This test was either going to make or break my overall grade, so there was alot riding on my shoulders.
We were given the exam at the very beginning of class. I started breezing through it, seeing how I reconized alot of the questions and was able to recal everything I studied. After about an hour I turned the test in and took a break. Our instructor took all of the tests back to grade them and said that our grades would be posted after class.
Well in the middle of lecture i got an email from the instructor that was grading the exams saying that the exams are all graded and have been posted. So I nervously checked online to see my score. I thought "well I'll be happy if I make it in the high 80's". But what I saw damn near knocked me out of my seat.
I GOT A 98%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is the highest test score I have gotten for this entire course! It took all of my willpower to not scream out loud in the middle of the lecture. I still cant believe I did that. I totally blew myself away! Hell I might have the highest score in the entire class!
So here I am in complete and utter awe at what I accomplished. Hopefully I can do just as well on the next test and therefor get placed in the top 3 in class

The exhibit opened yesterday, but it's supposed to be there for at least a few weeks, I believe. It was worth it to me and I didn't even get to see the IMAX movie (all sold out, but we got to the museum later in the day). Go if you get the chance, and if you have kids/nieces/nephews/godchildren, take them too! Even very small kids seemed thrilled by it, and the roaring and such isn't so loud as to be frightening.
