just got off work.. thursday night. I don't have to work tomorrow, so technically 3 day weekend. what am i excited about ?

ooooooooo!!!
-I can finish up my book this weekend. and start that new one i just picked up
-i'll marinade that steak friday and cook it for sunday.

today is good. back on the island.. woke up this morning, made some breakfast, went to the gym.. stretched for hours it seems. went running and pretty much felt great. its because the air is so much cleaner here than Cairo.

today i feel healthy

tomorrow i leave for hawaii.. can't wait (being sarcastic). but.. tonight.. i drink!

I don't think i have been this happy since i was a little boy in california.

i lead my first expedition 3 days ago.
we found things that were extremely questionable to a specific era. the other day i sat in my tent over looking a relic. i could feel a vibration. it was singing.. speeking to me the mysteries of ancient civilization. at that moment everything was so clear, then at once so blurry.

where are those thoughts now?

talked to the professor about forgotten realms today, for 3 hours.

then i became aggitated at the entire world, and didn't speak to anyone.

someone once told me that "there are at least three ways to do any one thing."

Finally.. after flying a few hours (21), I reach CAI, or Cairo. Settled in and relaxing.. in a hotel that seems sooooo unbelievable. The atmosphere is incredible. When i entered the hotel, emediately i knew where they came up with the architecture for the sultan's palace in "Alladin." Ellegant yet so.. rich in culture. The city is very modernized.. but completely different from the society...

HA HAA.. so glad to be leaving this island. As we speak i am at honolulu international airport. typing away on my laptop trying my best to ignore everyone. in 2 hours i leave for Cairo. no worries, I will still be in touch.

I rounded up a few books today. One in particular is titled, "Shamanism, Colonialsm, and The Wild Man." Completely engaging and sophisticated. Then i sat down and went through a series of pictographs, searching for something that might relate. After that I proceeded to watch Indiana Jones and the lost Arc.
